Rashelle's bio

Rashelle Collier has lived in Georgia for over 13 years. She was born in Niagara Falls, NY, where she graduated from NCCC. While in New York, she worked at Children’s Health Care, Scholoff Nursing Home, and Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
After moving to Atlanta, she completed her BSN degree at the University of West Georgia. Her passion for nursing and desire to help the less fortunate fueled her ambition to become a Nurse Practitioner. In 2019, she earned her MSN degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing.

In the early stages of her nursing career, Rashelle developed a passion for caring for children diagnosed with cancer. However, after having children of her own experience a life-threatening disease, she decided to move in a different direction and found her way into the Emergency Room.

While completing her nursing degrees, Rashelle worked as a Charge Nurse at Emory University Midtown Hospital. In this role, she displayed extraordinary leadership and enhanced the processes to decrease door-to-doctor times in the ER significantly. She also worked on various committees to improve the overall care provided in the ER.
